Notes:
1. PayPal is the preferred payment method (cash/money order accepted).
    I have a Premier PayPal Account so the buyer must pay the "receive payments fee" of 2.9% +
    $0.30 on top of purchase. My PayPal ID is ruffone21@cox.net
    (Example: A $10 purchase price X 2.9% + $0.30 receiving fee [$0.60] = $10.60 total payment)
2. Buyer pays actual shipping costs. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance will be added upon request.
3. Items in RED are on hold for transactions currently in progress or on hold.
